When we're out on a job, an AI assistant answers for TEST Worker Check so nobody waits.
What it does
It answers questions about our services, hours and area, checks open times, books visits or takes a message, and alerts the team about emergencies.
It tells you it's an AI
The chat is labeled “AI”. On the phone, it says it's an AI assistant if you ask, and you hear a notice at the start of the call.
Recording
Calls to TEST Worker Check are answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded so we get your details right. You'll hear this at the start of the call.
Chats are saved so the team can see what you asked.
Talk to a person
Say “I'd like to talk to a person” on the phone or in chat, and the assistant will connect you or take a callback request. You can also use the contact form.
What it won't do
It won't take card payments, change prices, or promise a booking that isn't confirmed. If it isn't sure something went through, it tells you to call to check.
